RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you choose the wrong size, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and we will provide you with a new order form so you don't need to pay for the item, but you do need to pay for reshipping of a new size.
REFUNDS, RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS:
Once you place an order it cannot be cancelled, as all orders being processing in our warehouse immediately.
Due to the nature of the goods (undergarments), we are unable to accept Returns or Exchanges.
We DO NOT accept returns provide refunds if you simply change your mind.
If you do receive a faulty or defective item you must immediately advise us within 48 hours via email Info@Dvinelift.com and also providing photos. we then can review your claim. if claim is approved, a replacement will be sent.
We do not offer refunds if a package is lost once it has been dispatched from our warehouse, however if a package is lost in transit by the postal service, we will ship a new one after a claim is complete.
All products are exactly the same as the images on the website. Please read the product description prior to purchase.
